Should you choose to pay a top-up amount in addition to your ACC funding, we have a special offer for you. For a limited time, receive a discount when you top up to a higher level of rechargeable technology from selected devices. Ask your audiologist for more information on the discount you could receive.

(1) Discount on the top-up price to a higher level of rechargeable technology for ACC clients

These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions, as well as terms and conditions which apply to this feature promotion.

General terms and conditions

To be eligible for this promotion, client payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting.
Hearing aids must be ordered between 1 June 2022 to 31 July 2022.
Offer is valid for binaural and monaural purchase of hearing aids.
Upgrade amount to pay is halved for monaural purchases.
Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased.
To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to any of these promotions
Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders' contributions (e.g. MOH, Veterans’ Affairs, ACC or insurance contributions).

Discount on the top up price to a higher level of rechargeable tech for ACC

If eligible for ACC funding, clients have fully funded non-rechargeable hearing solutions available to them from Bay Audiology
Should a client choose to pay a top up amount in addition to their ACC funding, this offer is a limited time special discount on the top up payment.
When a client upgrades to a higher level of selected Ampli-Energy rechargeable technology from GN ReSound, they will pay the following top up amounts:

Band 1 ACC clients receive fully funded Basic level non-rechargeable technology.

Clients can pay a top up for a higher level of rechargeable technology and receive this at a discounted cost as set out below.
Top up to increase two technology levels from Basic to Active Rechargeable technology: $1,500 (bino), $750 (mono)
Top up to increase three technology levels from Basic to Advanced Rechargeable technology: $3,000 (bino), $1,500 (mono)
Top up to increase four technology levels from Basic to Elite Rechargeable technology: $4,500 (bino), $2,250 (mono)

Band 2 ACC clients receive fully funded Essential level non-rechargeable technology.

Clients can pay a top up for a higher level of rechargeable technology and receive this at a discounted cost as set out below:
Top up to increase one technology level from Essential to Active Rechargeable technology: $1,500 (bino), $750 (mono).
Top up to increase two technology levels from Essential to Advanced Rechargeable technology: $3,000 (bino), $1,500 (mono)
Top up to increase three technology levels from Essential to Elite Rechargeable technology: $4,500 (bino), $2,250 (mono)

Band 3 ACC clients receive fully funded Active level non-rechargeable technology.

Clients can pay a top up for a higher level of rechargeable technology and receive this at a discounted cost as set out below:
Top up to increase one technology level from Active to Advanced Rechargeable technology: $1,500 (bino), $750 (mono)
Top up to increase two technology levels from Active to Elite Rechargeable technology: $3,000 (bino), $1,500 (mono)
Offer is only available for rechargeable Ampli-Energy hearing aids by GN ReSound.
Only ACC clients are eligible for this offer (new and existing hearing aid wearers).
Private, Ministry of Health fully funded, Veterans’ Affairs and Insurance clients are not eligible for this offer.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
