Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion

(1) Attend your free diagnostic hearing consultation appointment between 9 December to 31 December and go in the draw to win a pair of top-of-the-range hearing aids.

• Clients who receive an email from Bay Audiology offering a free diagnostic hearing consultationappointment at Bay Audiology and attend this appointment between 9 December to 31 December 2024 are eligible for the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion.
• The hearing aids available as part of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion are from the Excellencetechnology band, and must be from one of Bay Audiology’s standard portfolio manufacturers.
• The Phonak Audeo I90-Sphere products are excluded from prize draw.
• Excellence hearing aids have a retail price of up to $10,922.22 (for a pair of hearing aids).
• Offer valid for binaural and monaural hearing aids dependent on clients' needs.
• Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids won as part of this giveaway.
• The hearing aids won as part of this giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The winner of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion will be randomly drawn from all valid appointmentattendances (diagnostic hearing consultations) on Tuesday 7 January 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via the contact details they have provided to Bay Audiology in booking theirappointment (phone and/or email) and the winner has 5 working days to claim their prize.
• If the winner is unable to be contacted within 5 working days, a new winner will be drawn and the processwill continue until a winner is successfully contacted.
• The winner of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion must be fitted with their hearing aids on or before28 February 2025.
• If the client has purchased their hearing aids at Bay Audiology before they are found to be the winner ofthe Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion, Bay Audiology will refund any client contributions if they wish tokeep the level of technology they have purchased.
• If the client has purchased their hearing aids before they are found to be the winner of the Hearing AidGiveaway Promotion, and wish to change their hearing aids to a higher level of technology, Bay Audiologywill refund any client contributions and also exchange their hearing aid(s) for Excellence hearing aid(s).
• If the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion winner is unable to use the hearing aids, or their hearing needs donot require the use of hearing devices, the winner may gift the hearing aid(s) to another person of theirchoosing. In this instance, hearing aids must be claimed by 31 January 2025 and the person fitted withtheir hearing aid(s) by 28 February 2025.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms andconditions at any time.
• Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to enter this promotion.
• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned,within 90 days of fitting.
• Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid(including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
