“Client” will refer to an existing Bay Audiology customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Bay Audiology customer.
Client can refer a Friend.
Friend can only be referred by one Client.
To be eligible, the Friend must be referred before booking their appointment, i.e. Client and Friend should not have concurrent appointments on the same day.
$50 e-voucher is issued within 14 days of the Friend completing an eligible appointment.
Eligible appointment includes a free hearing check or diagnostic hearing consultation and must be attended by 31 August 2026.
Appointment may be subject to triage and is not guaranteed.
Client and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.
Friend must be new to Bay Audiology (no appointment attended within the previous year) and over the age of 60.
Client can refer up to 5 friends
A maximum of 2 referrals per client within a 12 month period will be eligible for the $50 reward.
If Client refers by email unique referral code can only be used once.
Bay Audiology staff members are not eligible to receive a $50 e-voucher.
Bay Audiology takes no responsibility should the reward be lost, or the individual’s details are not correct.
