Bay Audiology is offering the following promotion between 20 August to 31 August 2025, which is  applicable to Private and Government Subsidy clients only. This promotion is available in conjunction with other offers. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

Free Gold Total Care Pack for Excellence, Everyday and Basic hearing aid purchases.
These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions, as well as particular terms and conditions which apply to this feature promotion

• To be eligible for this promotion, full payment of the hearing aid(s) must be made at the time of fitting.
• Offer is valid for binaural and monaural purchases of hearing aids.
• Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
• Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to any of these promotions.
• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
• Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
• Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders' contributions (e.g. Government subsidy, Veterans’ Affairs, ACC or insurance contributions).

• Bay Audiology is offering a limited-time offer of a free Gold Total Care Pack when a client purchases Excellence or Everyday hearing aids.
• Hearing aids must be from the Excellence, Everyday or Basic Technology band only.
• Clients must place their hearing aid order between 20 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 and attend their hearing aid fitting during the same period.
• The free Gold Total Care Pack is available for any purchases of Excellence, Everyday and Basic hearing aid technology from preferred manufacturers. 
• The free Gold Total Care Pack is unable to be sold or given to clients without a corresponding hearing aid purchase. 
• The Gold Total Care Pack includes the following and usually retails for $500:
  • 6 years of electronic hearing aid repairs (including any applicable manufacturer’s warranty).
  • Electronic dry kit (a PerfectDry Lux or equivalent).
  • 2-year supply of batteries (for non-rechargeable hearing aids) or 6 years of electronic repairs for rechargeable hearing aid charging docks (1 year from the manufacturer and 5 years from Bay Audiology).
• Full details of the Gold Total Care Pack are available in clinic.
• ACC, Veterans’ Affairs, insurance, Government subsidy fully-funded and other third-party funded clients are not able to receive the free Gold Total Care Pack.
• Offer can be used in conjunction with other hearing aid discount or upgrade offers but cannot 
• be redeemed for cash.
