• These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions that apply to all promotions (directly below), as well as particular terms and conditions which apply to each individual promotion. 
  

• To be eligible for this promotion, client payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting.
• Offer valid for binaural and monaural purchases of hearing aids.
• Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other hearing aid discount or upgrade offer.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
• Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to any of these promotions.
• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
• Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
• Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders' contributions (e.g. Government subsidy, Veterans' Affairs, ACC or insurance contributions). 

• Bay Audiology is offering a limited-time offer on Excellence, Everyday and Basic technology when a client purchases qualifying hearing aids from selected Resound^GN, Oticon and Phonak manufactured devices.
• Offer period is 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025.
• Offer available on selected ReSound^GN , Oticon and Phonak manufactured devices only.
• The offer allows clients who purchase ampli-mini AI hearing aids to get (i) $1,250 off their monaural hearing aid purchase or (ii) $2,500 off their binaural hearing aid purchase.
• The offer allows clients who purchase Excellence technology from Resound and Oticon to get (i) $1,150 off their monaural hearing aid purchase or (ii) $2,300 off their binaural hearing aid purchase.
• The offer allows clients who purchase Everyday technology from Resound and Oticon to get (i) $750 off their monaural hearing aid purchase or (ii) $1,500 off their binaural hearing aid purchase.

• Custom hearing aids (IIC / CIC / ITC / ITE) are an additional $500 per pair of hearing aids.
• Veterans’ Affairs, Insurance, ACC and Government subsidy fully-funded clients are not able to receive the offer.
• Clients who receive ACC funding or Government subsidy must top-up to Excellence, Everyday or Basic Technology band from their ACC or Government subsidy funded technology level to be eligible for this offer at their own cost. They will then receive the offer.
• Offer can be used in conjunction with Instant Fit discount offer only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Hearing aids must be ordered between 1 December to 24 December 2025 5pm from eligible Bay Audiology clinics and must be fitted with their hearing aids by 31 January to be eligible for the offer.
• Full payment of the client’s portion of hearing aid(s) must be made at time of fitting.

·         To qualify, you must have received a communication from us (addressed to you) offering this to you, and your free consultation booking needs to be made on or before 1.00pm 24 December 2025.

·         The free consultation is to the value of $90.

(4) 90-day money back guarantee:

·         Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
