• These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions that apply to all promotions (directly below), as well as particular terms and conditions which apply to each individual promotion.

• To be eligible for this promotion, client payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting.
• Offer valid for binaural and monaural purchases of hearing aids.
• Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other hearing aid discount or upgrade offer.
• To the extent permitted by law, Bay Audiology can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
• Bay Audiology employees and their families are not entitled to any of these promotions.
• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
• Bay Audiology reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost.
• Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders' contributions (e.g. Government subsidy, Veterans' Affairs, ACC or insurance contributions).

• Bay Audiology is offering a limited-time offer on selected Excellence and Everyday Technology when a client purchases qualifying Excellence or Everyday hearing aids from select manufacturers.
• Offer period is 25 March 2026 to 30 April 2026.

• The offer allows ACC Band 1 clients who purchase selected Excellence or Everyday Technology to get up to 40% discount on their monaural or binaural hearing aid purchase.

• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 90 days of purchase.
